Real systems. Real fixes.
We don’t just implement Odoo — we untangle the ones that already broke.
From breaking on every click to a permanent support partner
Obiwezy already had Odoo 16 live — but the flows were overcomplicated, access rights were a tangled mess, and staff hit errors just opening and closing menus.
Rather than starting over, we audited the existing system in place — using our internal Audit Agent alongside Mr Rafco’s hands-on review to separate what was broken from what was simply unused, then reworked functionality inside the live system.
An AI-based System Review Agent gave an honest, itemized breakdown of what needed fixing, what needed reworking, and what could stay — turning a guesswork rescue into a scoped, evidence-based one.
“Thank you for keeping our hopes up even though we were certain that this implementation was going to end soon.”
A complete carpet-cleaning ERP, built inside Odoo Online’s no-code constraints
Fibra Carpets wanted a complete, carpet-cleaning-specific ERP — including their own discount structure and VIP client perks — but locked to Odoo Online, ruling out custom module installs.
Mr Rafco researched and customized the online service using Studio, with every field tried and tested by our Audit Agent, all overseen by AMQ as solution expert. A full carpet-cleaning business — discounts, VIP benefits, and all — was implemented and live in about a week.
We didn’t use Studio as a bypass to everything. We studied their actual flow, mapped it to proper Odoo processes first, and only then used Studio as a convenience layer — not a shortcut standing in for real solution design.
“This was done fast and with perfection. Thank you very much.”
Field-service flows, fresh training, and full telephony integration
CTEKNet & NexusNet, a large internet and installation company, already had Odoo implemented — but it didn’t work for them. Their field-service flows needed real customization, and their team needed fresh training to actually use the system.
A cross-team delivery with DevelopersPro: customization reviewed and built by Mr Rafco, then further enhanced by DevelopersPro. Their flows were understood and the right solutions designed before anything was implemented — plus Access Rights Studio to streamline worker processes, and a full Yeastar PBX integration with custom incoming and outgoing mail servers.
An ongoing three-way partnership model: DevelopersPro serves as the client-facing POC and continues enhancement work, while AMQ still owns all functional flow design — giving CTEKNet a local delivery partner without losing the strategic expertise behind the system.
A line of Office-to-Odoo plugins, zero custom code required
Clients kept needing live Odoo data inside Excel and Word — for regulatory filings, offline reporting, or handoffs to non-technical finance teams — but every path there meant custom Odoo modules, IT tickets, or a developer on standby. One manufacturing client needed a government-mandated tax report pulled straight from their invoices, refreshable, with zero server-side changes.
We built our own line of Office-to-Odoo plugins — running data back and forth between Odoo and Excel and Word without a single line of custom code on the Odoo side. For that manufacturing client, a one-click-refresh workbook maps their real invoice lines directly to the exact filing format their tax authority requires — no add-in install, no IT involvement, usable by their finance team from day one.
Zero customization on the Odoo side, in either direction. The integration logic lives entirely inside Office, so it drops into any client’s existing Odoo instance — on-premise or Odoo Online — without touching their system. The same architecture scales from a single finance workbook to a full read-and-write Office add-in.
Got a system that’s already broken?
We’d rather fix what you have than sell you a rebuild you don’t need.
